We recently stayed at La Croix Blanche and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even wrote a hand note for my boyfriend's birthday, which was a really nice surprise. Plus, they upgraded our room to a studio, which was so generous of them. The hotel is in a great location too - it's close to the bus station, train station, and loads of restaurants. There's even a big supermarket less than 50 meters away, which was super convenient. One of the things I really appreciated was the free water thermos and free coffee we received. It was such a nice touch and really made us feel at home. All in all, I would highly recommend La Croix Blanche to anyone visiting the area. The staff are amazing, the location is great, and the amenities are top-notch. It was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time!

We are couple from Hungary and Philippines, it's our first time to visit in Chamonix and it's nice experience specially for the good stay in your hotel. Friendly staff, they are very helpful for all the queries we have, we would like to thanks the receptions people specially George he is so nice and professional on his job, and give suggestions as well for places to visit and activites to do to enjoy our vacation while we are there. 👍👍👍,. Guest appearance by George:) Amira was also helpful and friendly organising breakfast. Other staff Florienne so helpful. Appreciated. We also enjoyed the lounge. The location was ideal. Centrally located and only 6 mins walk with back packs to the train station. Its a pleasure staying in a hotel with consistent helpful friendly staff. All the best to you all. I have stayed at this hotel four times now and it has always exceeded my expectations. Superb location, but more importantly the staff are so warm, welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is old but warm and comfortable. The breakfasts are an awesome start to the day. The hotel is right in the centre of Chamonix so you can walk anywhere, public transport is right there and, oh, did I mention the views!!! Superb hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay. Hopefully we will be back.

The ski storage room on the main floor was efficient for overnight storage and easy access. The hotel had an attached restaurant for breakfast and a nice brasserie for dinner. The 24-hour machine for good coffee and tea is a great feature. On-site parking was available.
